**Role and Responsibilities**
- Collaborates with the Scrum Master and the team to develop and maintain the project Kanban System, and develop the Iteration Plan and Release plan
- Collaborates with Business Owner to define and evolve the project vision using the Idea Canvas
- Writes concise and effective User Stories
- Defines precise and accurate User Story acceptance criteria in the form of Specifications by Example
- Is accountable for Story Mapping requirements
- Is responsible for delivering working software in collaboration with the project team
- Facilitates meetings (e.g., Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Acceptance Review, etc.), as required
- Collaborates with Business Owner, Technical Lead, and Test Analyst on maintenance projects to identify sets of cohesive problems (improvement themes) for development through utilizing the Theme Idea Canvas

**Must have**:

- Ability to generate detailed requirements that define a certain set of KPIs and Metrics
- Sound knowledge of reports, report structures and databases
- Hands-on experience with SQL
- Understanding of a conventional data environment and ability to map data elements to the respective Metrics
- Understanding of Digital platforms and Digital data flows
- Excellent Documentation and Technical writing skills to assist in creation of a knowledge repository
- Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business requirements.

**Nice to have**:

- Insurance Business experience, especially related to Guidewire
- SQL and Querying experience as it relates to Impala and Hive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
