We are looking for a full-time **Care Specialist (Customer Service)**

**During a typical day at work you'll be**:

- On the phone offering a stellar customer service experience.
- Supporting our participants as a healthcare partner, no matter how small or large their ask.
- Working with multiple internal teams to complete administrative tasks.
- Helping our participants complete the registration process and re-engage back into the program.
- Speaking with participants to better understand their experience in the program and gather feedback.

Your superpower is your personality. When talking to clients you’re **friendly, helpful, and patient**.

You are **eager to learn** and not afraid to **ask questions**.

You have never encountered **a problem** you couldn’t **creatively solve**.

Basically, you’re excited to start a career in **customer service**.

**Your must haves**:

- Ability to work weekday evenings until 10:00pm EST and Saturdays until 4:00pm EST.
- You're incredibly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You're adaptable and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Change is your comfort zone.
- You're proficient in all Microsoft office tools like Excel.
- You're a quick learner when it comes to different platforms.

**You'll get bonus points for**:

- Prior customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Knowledge of US health care (extra bonus points).

**How hiring works**:

- This is an opportunity to work remotely within Canada.
- Those who live within proximity to our Toronto Office have the ability and/or may be required to work out of the office from time to time.
