Bilingual (Spanish) Care Specialist

We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Care Specialist to join our TeksMed team in Chilliwack, BC or Toronto, ON.
**The Bilingual (Spanish) Care Specialist will**:
- Processing and entering medical documents in to the claims management system
- Verifying and processing invoices for payment
- Follow up on medical documents to ensure timely return of information
- Maintain records of client interactions such as recording details of discussions, comments and information relevant to a claim
- Accurate data entry within the claims management system including required information and file notes
- Assist clients with general inquiries pertaining to their group benefits, and researching possible service providers to meet their needs, as and when appropriate
- Scheduling appointments for clients through liaising with providers across Canada
**To be successful as a Bilingual (Spanish) Care Specialist with TeksMed**, you will need**:
- Bilingualism in Spanish and English
- Operating knowledge of fax, printer, scanner, photocopier and other business equipment
- Be resourceful and solve problems by identifying suitable approaches and solutions
- Working knowledge of sourcing various provider facilities throughout Canada

Salary Range: The annual base salary for this position ranges from $40,000 - $50,000 This range only includes the base salary and does not account for other variable compensation components of our total package (such as annual bonuses, commissions, etc.).
