Brantford, Canada Participation Support Services Full time

Please note that this is an 8 week, student position (ages 15 to 30)

Job Responsibilities:
**Secretarial**:

- provide secretarial support to programs located at Bell Lane and Colborne Street including word processing, photocopying and faxing
- provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Director of Market, Fund-raising and Volunteers, Director of Support Services, and other management staff, as required.
- attend and record minutes of all meetings of the Board and Board committees.

**Clerical**:

- word process letters, schedules, memos, invitations, program reviews, etc.
- complete any relevant filing accurately in a timely manner
- copy forms as requested by departments
- ensure adequate supply of forms for all departments

**Reception**:

- answer telephone, accurately taking messages or directing call to individual or voice mail, as appropriate
- greet all visitors upon arrival

This position is being advertised under the Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) initiative. To be eligible for this position, you must be between 15-30 years of age on the start date of the job. You must also be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, or a refugee under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
