- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients;
- Answer telephone and electronic inquiries;
- Establish work priorities as per preference;
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment;
- Collect documents from clients
- Take responsibility
- Ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
