**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods, from receiving and storage through to shipment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Track shipments, maintain accurate records, and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve transportation or inventory issues.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts, stock monitoring, and timely replenishment coordination.
- Organize and optimize warehouse layout to maximize efficiency, productivity, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) as required.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve logistics and warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in supply chain coordination or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
