**Role Impact**:
Fable is seeking a hands-on and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations in Moncton, New Brunswick. This key role is responsible for leading the warehouse team, implementing Lean and 5S principles, and ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment through pick and pack processes.

The Warehouse Manager will manage inventory, workflow, cost performance, and team productivity using our ERP system, Fulfil.io. During low-volume periods, this individual is expected to work alongside the team on the floor to support daily operations and foster a collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of Fable’s Moncton warehouse, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound processes.
- Implement and maintain Lean and 5S methodologies to drive continuous improvement and workplace organization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the warehouse team to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
- Utilize Fulfil.io ERP system for inventory management, order tracking, and pick and pack fulfillment.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proactive loss prevention.
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
- Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as DMAIC and Kaizen to enhance warehouse performance and reduce waste.
- Own and manage the warehouse budget, with a focus on reducing the cost of fulfillment through process improvements, vendor relationships, and labor optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer service, logistics, and supply chain teams.
- Work hands-on during low-volume days to support the team and maintain operational flow.

**In This Role We Value**:

- 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics leadership.
- Proven expertise in Lean principles and 5S implementation.
- Strong working knowledge of pick and pack processes and warehouse best practices.
- Experience with ERP systems—Fulfil.io preferred.
- Valid forklift certification and First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on management style.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma tools such as DMAIC, Kaizen, or root cause analysis methodologies.
- Experience managing operational budgets and driving cost efficiencies in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- A collaborative and proactive attitude with a passion for operational excellence.
