**Overview**:
Salary will be based on previous experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer & Installer Relations**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and on-site issues.
- Liaise with installers, manage installation schedules, and address claims on-site as needed.

**Operational Oversight**:

- Oversee daily operations of the Installation department.
- Enforce and implement all required forms and documents, and ensure all information is input correctly.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to offer support and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Asses, create and follow through start to finish on supplier claims.

**Team Coordination & Communication**:

- Conduct daily meetings with the Warehouse Manager to discuss and resolve any operational issues.
- Regularly meet with the warehouse team to address concerns and streamline processes.

**On-Site Support**:

- Visit job sites as necessary to resolve issues and ensure high-quality service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to communicate proficiently in French and English both verbally and in writing is a plus.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a retail construction, installation, or logistics setting.
- Previous experience with project management.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- High level of communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a track record of resolving complaints effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence.
