We are looking for Manager, Franchise Sales & MUO consolidation to support the Canada West territory.

This person will be responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion. Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to sales processes. Must passionately represent the brand(s) and be able to ethically coach prospects through the discovery process, financing resolution and market development.

**Position responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for Company’s’ franchisee opportunity: attracting newer franchisees. Develop the budget for franchise development. Monitor and ensure that budgets are met. Identify and research potential markets to launch new franchisee and advise shareCEO/Board of new opportunities. Identify and locate potential franchisee in the selected markets: discovering and exploring opportunities. Screen potential franchisee by analyzing investment requirements, franchisee’s potential, and financials, franchisee experience and vision Finalize the deal with franchisee by negotiating terms and conditions of each franchisee agreement Responsible for the launch and development of the franchisee as per the agreed terms and conditions. 35%
- Develop sales and marketing tools, work out on sales promotional activities to support the franchisees. Research target market: Research market for most fertile source of franchisees 25%
- Franchise legal responsibilities - ensure franchise agreement renewals, fee/ payment collection, and keeping franchise agreements up to date with current legislation. 15%
- Managing sales pipeline: Meet the sales pipeline according to monthly targets 10%
- Responsible to become thoroughly familiar with and adhere to local laws pertaining to franchise sales and disclosure information. Nurture relationships with existing franchisees and support their new store development plans. Act as brand ambassador for the company. Ongoing personal development through continuous learning 10%
- Determines work methods and directs the work of Jr. Franchise Sales associates. Drives the establishment of performance goals and provides on-going feedback, coaching, and development to enhance the team's performance and capability, to facilitate open communication, and to encourage continuous performance improvement. 5%
- Help franchisees build MUO clusters and expedite the MUO growth by agreeing to clusters that would pave the way for growth.

Skills and Abilities Required
- PC knowledge with the ability to use the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel, Access, Internet, Drobox, Tableau, Project Manager etc. CRM System experience
- Tertiary level Qualification. Working knowledge of current industry sales management practices, approaches, tools, resources and skill sets vital to all aspects of Franchise Development. A proven track record of demonstrated sales success in the franchise sales industry
- Presentation skills and experience one-on-one, with small groups, and groups up to 1,000. Real Estate industry knowledge a plus
- Ability to use persuasion to gain support and cooperation from audience (franchisee, store manager, co-worker) to achieve a desired course of action consistent with the organizations strategic goals and objectives.
- High degree of detail orientation and ability to work within time constraints. Must have strong organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, possess attention to detail, and should be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to adapt to different situations and personalities, while maintaining a degree of personal integrity, utilizing problem solving skills.
- Must be able to work well independently to complete projects in a timely manner. Must also be able to be able to work well with others on team projects.
- Travel to and attendance at select FWH and territory meetings/training programs may be required. Willingness to travel if/when necessary.

- Bachelors in Business or related
