**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the franchise, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control
- Ensure excellent customer service, addressing customer complaints and resolving issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage the budget to maximize profitability
- Implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and comply with company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as franchise agreements and standards
- Monitor food and labor costs, and adjust operations as necessary to achieve profitability targets
- Maintain the store's physical appearance, including conducting regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning equipment
- Identify and address any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Complete other duties as assigned by the franchisor

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a management role in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be willing to make an investment in the franchise
