We are looking for a **REGIONAL MANAGER (RM)** to join our Chatime Canada team**.** Chatime is recognized as one of the finest tea cafes in the world with over 1,000 retail outlets in Taiwan, Canada, the USA, and 13 other countries.
The role of BDM is to actively uphold the values of the company, maintaining a strong and positive relationship with Chatime Franchise Partners, guests, and our internal teams.
We focus on both providing excellent customer service and a clean environment to relax, study or meet up with friends. By striving to maintain our status as the industry leader - we always want to be the first choice in our tea-drinking customers' minds.
Reporting to the Sr. Business Development Manager, the Regional Manager (RM) will work directly with our Franchise Partners to build trusting relationships and enable their long-term success by supporting operational excellence and hitting financial targets.
**Key Duties**
- Act as the primary Head Office contact for Franchise Partners
- Visit your assigned stores to ensure product quality, store cleanliness, and customer service are well maintained
- Work with Franchise Partners to support their growth and development - understand their capabilities and work with them on areas of growth as store operators and managers
- Analyze existing processes and propose improvements and new methods to control costs without compromising on the guest experience
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to Partners to achieve their business objectives
- Ensure store compliance with Head Office requirements, policies, and programs
- Utilize tools to support Franchise Partners with insights around financial KPIs
- Review monthly sales trends and profitability and offer advice where needed to the Franchise Partners
- Work closely with Franchise Partners to identify training needs and conduct training sessions when necessary
- Other duties from time to time as required by the manager
**Skills/Experience**
- 2+ years of Multi-Unit franchise management experience with P&L responsibilities in a franchise. environment, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Post-Secondary Education is required
- Experience in Operations is considered an asset
- Strong business and financial acumen and business development capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Focused on the solution vs. the problem
- Valid driver’s license and driving record within provincial guidelines
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
