Applications are invited for the position of Marketing & Recruitment Automation Coordinator in the Marketing and Recruitment Division, located at the Welland Campus. The starting salary is $33.05 /hr for a 35 hour work week. Additional hours may be required as necessary.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Works as part of an integrated team, the role provides analysis of prospective student and applicant data to achieve brand goals, engagement strategies and optimal digital advertising campaigns(e.g. Google).
- Works as part of an integrated team, the roles provides analysis of marketing and conversion campaigns to prospective students and their influencers using the divisional CRM tool and Power BI to achieve student recruitment targets.
- Works within the CRM system to conduct analysis and identify opportunities for targeted marketing and recruitment campaigns.
- Develops strategy and content for targeted marketing and recruitment campaigns.
- Implements marketing and recruitment campaigns and journeys using CRM and related systems.
- Advises Recruitment team on opportunities for digital e
- campaign development in assigned territories campaigns as well as opportunities with a global strategy.
- Works to increase yield from unassigned territories through targeted mass and one-to-one correspondence.
- Assists with duplicate and data clean-up to keep database clean.
- Develops recommendations and content for an annual marketing and recruitment campaign calendar.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of three (3) year degree/ diploma in Business - Marketing or Sales or similar field of study
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in a sales and/or relationship marketing while demonstrating experience utilizing a Customer Relationship Management system preferably Salesforce. Previous work experience in executing communications campaigns around personas will be seen as an asset.
- Minimum one (1) year relevant experience with Google Ad Manager
- Minimum one (1) year relevant experience working with Power Bi or similar interactive data visualization software product
- Proven analytical skills and experience in developing and analyzing marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and ability to manage priorities
- Strong oral and written communication, and analytical skills
- A comprehensive knowledge of the post secondary sector will be seen as an asset
- Excellent project management skills
- A valid driver's license and ability to drive for work purposes
