We are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator at our Walker Head Office location.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, the incumbent supports the implementation of marketing communication initiatives by developing, coordinating and editing content in alignment with brand voice and project objectives. Provides executional support for event marketing, public relations and digital engagement campaigns in alignment with annual marketing plan execution.

**Responsibilities**
- Supports content creation for website buildout and ongoing optimization including development of customer and project case studies and campaign landing pages.
- Supports content calendar planning and execution; creating/editing content to support target group engagement.
- Supports Marketing Managers in content creation for marketing programs (e.g. advertisements, brochures, community newsletters, interior signage program, etc.).
- Assists with recruitment strategy execution, developing content for marketing collateral (e.g. brochures, presentations, website recruitment content, digital channels).
- Supports end to end execution of community events and tradeshows and promotion.
- Supports PR initiatives, coordinating content collateral and key messaging.
- Tracks, analyses and reports on marketing communication initiatives to optimize programs and use of various platforms (e.g. website metrics, digital campaign engagement rates, etc.)
- Monitors Google My Business customer comments, working with internal resources to formulate responses and delivers them in a timely manner.
- Manage Marketing SharePoint page, to support internal stakeholder groups, developing and assessing usage needs to ensure brand standards are maintained (e.g. process/guidelines for logo usage, presentation, brochure and business card templates, etc.).
- Assist with the development and execution of internal marketing communications, announcing new initiatives and programs to support employee engagement.
- Perform media monitoring for all brands to support internal stakeholders and identify opportunities for sharing on Corporate News & Reports website page.
