Account Manager

We are looking for a full time Account Manager for a well established Design & Print Shop - Elite Image located in Nanaimo BC.
**Requirements**:
- Must be 18 Years of Age
- Must have own means of transportation
- Strong work ethic
- Marketing and sales B2B experience an asset
- Ambitious, outgoing and self-motivated
- Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently, but also in a team environment
- Maintain a client base of 200+ high value clients from all across the country
- Quote projects using our online estimate system
- Create working timelines to encompass entire project scope
- Assign projects using work order system to appropriate departments
- Follow project through timeline and ensure it reaches completion inside agreed upon deadlines
- Contact clients upon completion for final presentation/delivery
- Follow-up with clients within an appropriate timeline to ensure they are happy with product/design
- Explore future job opportunities with clients upon completion
- Follow-up on outstanding quotes and proofs
- Touch base on a regular basis to see if there is anything we offer is valuable to client
- Conduct training sessions and office visits to keep clients current on products offered and new changes to our internal -software
- Problem solve if issues arise, whether internally or externally
- Handle any walk-in clients
- Treat all clients as though they are the best (they are)
- Be able to understand all terms and definitions in regards to graphic design and printing
- Explore areas to grow business (sectors to target)
- Ensure clients have the best experience possible
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
