**Type of position**: Regular

**Responsibilities**:
As a member of the Finance and Accounting department, you will be required to:
Open projects in the ERP system and make budgetary adjustments during projects.

Check conformity among proposals, contracts, purchase orders and system settings.

Close projects.

Coordinate steps for the invoicing process.

Print invoices and send them according to client specifications.

Prepare supporting documents and attach them to the invoice for sending.

Provide support to the Accounts Receivable team.

Perform any other administrative support functions, as requested.

Work with the project teams and client account managers on a daily basis

Occasionally participate in optimizing the billing process.

**Requirements**:
Attestation of college studies (ACS) or college diploma in Accounting

Three to five years of experience as an accounting technician or billing technician

Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written

**Asset**: knowledge of an ERP system, like Microsoft Dynamics AX

**Asset**: experience in a professional services firm

**Asset**: mastery of Spanish (spoken and written)

**Asset**: experience as a team leader
