Together, we bring 120 years of expertise in ambulance manufacturing, with 12 locations across Canada and the United States and over 1,000 employees, making us the largest ambulance manufacturer in Canada and the 2nd largest in North America **OPPORTUNITY: CUSTOMER SERVICE & WARRANTY COORDINATOR** Under the supervision of the Technical Support Manager, the Customer Service & Warranty Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing mobile service operations in Canada. They will also oversee the registration, documentation, and processing of warranty claims for the Demers and Crestline brands, ensuring an optimal customer experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE & WARRANTY COORDINATOR**: - Receive and dispatch service requests for the mobile team. - Set the mobile service schedule and coordinate the daily and weekly schedules of technicians. - Ensure availability of necessary parts and supplies in collaboration with the parts team. - Create detailed work orders for repairs in Oracle and SAP systems. - Record parts consumption and bill clients through the IT system. - Schedule appointments and maintain communication for updates and approvals. - Develop and maintain tracking tools for mechanical service operations on the road. - Register and manage warranty transfers, process claims, and follow up on warranty work authorizations with suppliers. - Manage parts returns to stock and related credits, in collaboration with warehouse and technical teams. - Ensure updates and archiving of files for new ambulances and buses. - Support the service shop coordinator and respond to accounting department inquiries. **Qualifications for the Customer Service & Warranty Coordinator**: - Diploma in administration (or equivalent) with 3 years of experience in administrative coordination and planning. - Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written. - Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Oracle and SAP is an asset. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. - Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately. - Proactive problem-solving approach. **Benefits of Joining Our Team**: - Group insurance including medical, dental, and disability coverage, with 50% paid by Demers Ambulances. - Flexible working hours. - A registered retirement savings plan with contributions from Demers Ambulances. - An Employee Assistance Program for you and your family. - A telemedicine program for you and your family. - On-site blood tests. - Corporate apparel.
