Automotive Office Administrator

Reporting directly into the CEO, we are looking to add an **Automotive Office Administrator **to join our fast-growing team.

Whether you’re a car collector or a high-end dealership, we’re passionate about restoring, preserving and providing continuous care for your vehicle - both inside and out. We specialize in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coatings, Tint, Restoration & Bodyworks and Custom Builds

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the company’s invoicing function, including drafting of invoices, reminders and payment processing

Matching invoices with packing slips, and tracking all incoming invoices.

Develop and maintain a filing system
- Answer telephone enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- Manage and respond to electronic service enquiries
- Manage and make updates to client database
- Assist with general administrative duties including photocopying, mass mailings, expense filings
- Oversee management of office, including ordering of office supplies, cleanings and general organization
- Provide ongoing support to CEO and GM

**Your experience and education**
- You have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in an operational or administrative position
- Experience in the Automotive Industry is considered an asset
- You have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Excel
- You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
- You are able to work quickly and take on more responsibilities over time
- You have the ability to work in a deadline-driven work setting and deal with confidential information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Supplemental pay types:
