**Responsibilities**
- Handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for team members.
- Utilize software tools such as Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Access for efficient communication and data management.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall productivity.
- Support management with various administrative task as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel) and experience with SharePoint and Access.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with database management systems is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
