Custodian/facilities Service Person

S&C is continuing to grow. Where do you come in? We are looking for a talented Custodian/Facilities Service Person who has a passion for innovation and in their field of expertise, enjoys working as part of a team and are committed to helping us become a leader in our industry.

As a Custodian/Facilities Service Person, you will:

- Maintains the floor surfaces in the office and plant areas; sweeping, washing, vacuuming, waxing/spray buffing.
- Cleans and maintains washrooms - wall, floor surfaces, toilets, urinals - and replenishes paper products, hand cleaners, etc.
- Handles all aspects of waste disposal from collecting, sorting (as needed), compacting, contacting disposal firm.
- Assists in the setting up and clean up of areas in both plant and offices for meetings.

Who are we looking for? Someone who has
- Previous experience in Custodian/Facilities Service role
- Good communication and listening skills to gain understanding of problems and provision of solutions
- Ability to follow routine procedures/instructions
- Is self-motivated and can work independently and well as within a team environment
- Able to perform moderate physical activity on a frequent basis (standing, walking, lifting, etc...)
