**Building Custodian responsibilities include**:

- Performing general cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Sweeping, mopping, washing and polishing floors
- Vacuuming carpets
- Dusting furniture and equipment
- Restocking supplies
- Handling minor repairs and fixing leaks

**Building Custodian skills**:

- Proven experience as a custodian or janitor
- Experience with general maintenance and repairs
- Working knowledge of security systems
- Familiarity with data analysis techniques
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and machinery
