**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts following recipes and quality standards
- Decorate pastries using various techniques such as icing, glazing, and piping
- Ensure all food products are fresh, safe for consumption, and visually appealing
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet customer demands and special orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Cook or relevant role in the food industry
- Knowledge of cake decorating techniques is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills to interact with patrons when needed
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Proficiency in basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment operation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
