We are looking for exceptional Client Service Coordinators who will be responsible for handling, arranging and scheduling client care and service inquiries.

- Role requirements:
- Provide field staff with accurate schedules on a weekly basis
- Communicate effectively with care providers to ensure schedules are carried out
- Use scheduling software effectively to fulfill patients’ care plans
- Maintain accessibility by phone for patients, care providers, referral sources and other stakeholders
- Prepare daily performance and tracking reports in a timely manner
- Enter all critical and relevant information into the system for appropriate follow-up and documentation
- Be the point person of our new hires in all things scheduling
- Flexibility is incredibly important as the needs of our clients change and we need you to relay critical information to our field staff in real time.
- Escalate appropriate concerns or risks for review and/or follow-up.

Job Qualification
Qualifications:
- Secondary School Diploma. Medical Terminology course is preferred.
- Strong customer service experience preferably in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work with funding partners, clients, their families, new referrals and field staff
- Excellent communication skills when engaging with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
- Have exceptional computer skills
- Be a detail-oriented, adaptable and customer-focused team player
- Combine strong interpersonal skills with analytical problem-solving abilities
- Be self-directed, goal-oriented and able to manage time and priorities
- Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends as required
