**Summary**

The Dockage Coordinator is responsible for providing customers with information and assistance in an efficient, pleasant and positive way, also to ensure smooth and safe day-to-day running of the marina’s facilities.

The Dockage Coordinator is often the first and/or main point of contact for the customer and is thus in an important position to influence sales and customer satisfaction, also is the main contact in leasing slips, storage, and track progress of occupancies.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities** (other duties may be assigned)
- Maximizing marina occupancy and revenue through effective allocation of slips and storage areas.
- Complying with the Health & Safety Policy and with generally recognized good working practices and seeing that others do so.
- Issuing Dockage Application Forms, Dockage Agreements, invoices and assist in collections.
- Ensuring that marina reception and other customer contact points are properly equipped and stocked, and that customers' enquiries and needs are at all times attended to promptly, politely and comprehensively. Assisting in inventory count and reconciliation
- Maintaining Marina Management Software
- Complying with the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and other issued procedures and guidelines, and with recognized good working practices
- Complying with marina regulations regarding dress and expected modes of behaviour. At all times offering a personal and personable service to customers so as to enhance the reputation of the marina

**Required Qualifications and Qualities**
