**About Us**
Little Peak Therapy is a brand-new, nature-themed pediatric interdisciplinary clinic opening in the heart of North Vancouver’s lower Lonsdale neighbourhood in October. Our team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, counsellors, and rehabilitation assistants works collaboratively to support children and families through play-based, evidence-informed care. Inspired by the beauty of the mountains, forests, and ocean around us, our clinic is designed to be a welcoming, low-stress environment where kids can thrive.

**The Role**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a clinic from the ground up, helping to shape our programs and contribute to a collaborative, affirming, and community focused culture.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide assessment, treatment planning, and intervention for children with speech, language, voice, fluency, and social communication needs.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, counsellors, and families to create holistic, individualized therapy plans.
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Offer parent/caregiver coaching to support skill development at home.
- Contribute ideas for clinic programming, workshops, and community outreach.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current registration (in good standing) or eligible for registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC).
- Experience working with children in clinic, school, or community settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to inclusive, neurodiversity affirming practice.
- RASP an asset but not required.
