Vancouver, Canada All Children's Speech and Occupational Therapy Full time

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our warm and welcoming community-based team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with communication disorders. **Duties**:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and social skills disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and social skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and treatment goals
- Educate clients and their families on communication strategies and techniques
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Stay up-to-date with current research and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of treatment and diagnostic approaches to speech-language pathology
- Excellent client
- and family-centered care skills with the ability to establish rapport and build trust
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged clients is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid BC license from the CSHPBC
- Previous experience with a paediatric or school-aged population setting is preferred

Pay: $85.00-$110.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
