**West Coast Speech Language Pathology** is an active private practice clinic that provides professional and personalized SLP services to clients of all ages. We provide in clinic and tele-therapy throughout the greater Vancouver area.

We are hiring an SLP to assess and treat clients in person (in clinic). Our one-of-a-kind, beautiful clinic space is full of amazing toys, materials and resources. You will love working in our spacious treatment rooms. Flexible job options are available We provide regular supervision, mentoring, as well as opportunities to expand your professional knowledge.

We look forward to welcoming another friendly, motivated, hard-working, adaptable, and positive SLP. As a member of our team, you will be working closely with parents and caregivers to help our clients communicate to their fullest potential.

Our clients include a wide range of children and adults with articulation and motor-speech disorders, language delays, stuttering, literacy challenges, and developmental disorders.
- Qualifications:_
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Registered member of the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)
- Qualified for individual professional liability insurance
- Additional requirements:_
- Ability to prioritize tasks with a focus on client centered service
- Outstanding in person and written communication skills
- Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to use a team-based approach with clients, families and their support networks to provide best possible therapy results
- Proven organization and executive functioning skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical ability to carry out everyday tasks as required
- Special consideration given to the following:_
- Knowledge and experience with complex speech-sound disorders
- Experience working with children with a wide range of developmental and neuro-developmental differences including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems
- Registry of Autism Service Providers (RASP) qualification is an asset
- Experience in play-based therapies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $108.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
