City Speech Centre, a private speech therapy clinic in Vancouver with a strong pediatric focus, is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join the practice with the potential for this role to grow into a full-time position.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career SLP who is eager to build their skills under the direct mentorship of a highly experienced SLP with over 25 years of experience, or for a therapist looking for a progressive, lower-pressure environment where collaboration, professional development, and of course quality services are at the core.

**About Us**:
We are a private practice providing individualized and neurodiversity-affirming speech-language services to children and their families. Our clinic values warmth, creativity, and a deep commitment to meeting each child at their own pace and level of development.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' communication goals.
- Provide speech and language therapy to children with various communication challenges.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client progress and session notes.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A registered (or pending registration) Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
- Strong passion for working with children, especially neurodivergent populations (e.g., Autism, ADHD, developmental language disorders)
- Strong
- Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to fostering positive client relationships.
- Full-time or part-time availability.
