**Schedule**:

- Tuesday: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- Wednesday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Fridays begin 1-2x/month, growing to a consistent 4-day work week_

**Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced **Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)** to join our well-established, patient-centered dental practice. This opportunity comes as we bid a warm farewell to a valued hygienist relocating out of province. You’ll be stepping into a fully booked schedule with a loyal patient base that values continuity of care and preventative oral health.

Our conservative, team-oriented practice prioritizes patient relationships and long-term oral health. We schedule **70-minute hygiene appointments** and strive for patients to see the **same hygienist each visit**, ensuring consistency and trust. We are looking for someone who is professional, compassionate, and committed to excellence in patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform dental cleanings and comprehensive hygiene treatments
- Take and review dental x-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Administer local anesthesia as permitted
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment
- Foster positive relationships through excellent patient communication and care

**Qualifications**:

- Current and valid **Dental Hygienist license in Alberta**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** as a practicing RDH
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate about preventive care and long-term patient relationships
