**Location**: Cochrane, Alberta
**Schedule**:

- Tuesday: 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- Wednesday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Fridays: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM starting 1-2x/month, growing to a consistent 4-day week

**Overview**:
Our conservative, team-oriented practice prioritizes patient relationships and long-term oral health. We schedule **70-minute hygiene appointments** and strive for patients to see the **same hygienist each visit**, ensuring consistency and trust. We are looking for someone who is professional, compassionate, and committed to excellence in patient care and who really wants to make a difference in their patients' oral health care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform dental cleanings and comprehensive hygiene treatments
- Take and review dental x-rays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Administer local anesthesia as permitted
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment
- Foster positive relationships through excellent patient communication and care

**Qualifications**:

- Current and valid **Dental Hygienist license in Alberta**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** as a practicing RDH
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate about preventive care and long-term patient relationships
