**About the role**:
As the first Product Implementation Specialist to join our team, you will be influential in shaping our product strategy and execution from conception to market launch. You will be instrumental in spearheading the development of comprehensive product roadmaps, outlining key milestones and deliverables, ensuring deliverables are executed on time and within budget. By leading the coordination of product launches, you’ll ensure seamless integration with our existing offerings and lead the strategic development and implementation of effective go-to-market strategies. Utilizing data-driven insights and market research, you’ll advise on product development decisions and identify opportunities for innovation, growth and product launch initiatives.

**What you bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing products through the entire product lifecycle, from conception to market launch.
- Deep understanding of targeted industries and markets, including trends, challenges, and opportunities, to effectively position the product and tailor strategies to specific industry needs.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to inspire and motivate teams, drive adoption, and make decisions that align with the product vision and strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of the product and engage with stakeholders.
- Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the ability to quickly pivot and adjust strategies based on market feedback and changing business needs.

**Bonus points for**
- Demonstrated ability to leverage existing industry networks and relationships to gain access to key decision-makers within targeted industries.
- Experience launching products in diverse global markets.
