Position Overview
The Community Services Administration Summer Student will support the Community Services Supervisor in the Long-Term Care Division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data entry, administrative duties, computer skills
- Critically evaluate and work within the current volunteer database
- Mentor new volunteers
- Event planning
- Confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assist with implementation of the Lambton County Connects Program

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in the Social Services field or other related field at a recognized university or college.
- The ability to work both independently and with a small team are required.

Summer Student positions with the County of Lambton may be dependent on funding and the funding criteria, which specifies that students must:

- Be between 15 and 30 years of age
- Registered as a full-time student in the previous academic year and returning to school on a full-time basis in the next academic year
- Canadian citizens, permanent residents or have refugee protection status under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Will not have another full-time job
