Refer to the "How to apply" section if you require a disability-related accommodation. **What can I expect to do in this role?**: **Work Description** As a Drinking Water Assistant, you will have the opportunity to assist with the implementation of the Municipal Drinking Water Licensing Program by working on the following activities: - Review drinking water plant schematics and approvals to develop inventory of drinking water treatment subsystem components to input into ministry databases. - Assist Senior Water Engineers by screening technical information provided with license and permit submission. - Contact municipal clients and operating authorities to identify missing or incorrect information, and incorporate corrected information into draft licenses and permits. - Generate reports and statistics. - Plan, organize, coordinate, and manage daily assigned work. **How do I qualify?**: **Mandatory**: You must meet **all** eligibility criteria by the first day of employment (contracts begin between May and July): - **Age**: You must be a minimum of 15 years of age.
