CLS Catering Services Ltd. is a joint venture of Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd. & LSG Sky Chefs, the world’s largest airline caterer and provider of integrated services solutions. These include catering, buy-on-board, in-flight equipment logistics, consulting and lounge services. The company’s extensive know-how in culinary excellence and logistics has led to its’ successful entry in adjacent markets, such as train services and retail. In addition to providing catering service for airlines, we service retail customers such as Starbucks. CLS Catering Services operates in Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary airports and has been an industry leader in Canada well over 30 years._

**Location**:Mississauga, ON

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Quality and/or quantity inspections of each class meal counts and ensure quantities boarded match invoice.
- Random samples of meal tray set-ups including Entrée’s, Crew meals, and Special meals.
- Organize all airline catering requirement items by flight number in the holding area.
- Advise Supervisors of any product or equipment shortages that exist.
- Complete catering requirement “check list” form for each flight number checked.
- Dispatch flight to transportation Drivers/Loaders to ensure complete flight loaded.
- Visit Customer aircraft and brief Crew on meal count quantities and locations.
- Assist Crew with any catering related issues.
- Assist local Customer ground staff with any catering related issues.
- Assist Drivers with any loading questions.
- Other duties as assigned.

**We are looking for**:

- Valid Class G driver’s license.
- Ability to work in temperature controlled environments for duration of shift.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Need to be able to obtain both the GTA RAIC PASS & AVOP (Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit) - once hired.
- Basic knowledge on MS Office.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Effective problem solving skills.
- Must be reliable, professional and presentable.
- Excellent customer relations skills.

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- aviation: 1 year (preferred)
- operations: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (5 or 7) (preferred)
