What you will do:

- In summary, you will be an awesome Customer Service Rep
- Book, prepare and set up all scheduled flights for our managed clients
- Set up all travel arrangements relating to these flights, such as special ground transportation requirements, airline bookings, etc.
- Oversee all flight activity (Customs, Catering, Hotels, etc.)
- Work in close collaboration with Flight Operations to ensure proper flight following procedures for all flights
- Prepare flights as established in company SOP’s and follow the COM’s
- Interact/communicate with customers internal and external with a high degree of professionalism
- Liaison with the assigned maintenance coordinator for the availability of aircraft required maintenance downtime

What you bring:

- You bring a passion for excellent customer service, a superb attention to detail and ability to take initiative, to make decisions, and work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while meeting short deadlines
- Demonstrated customer service skills acquired in any industry
- Strong administration and organizational skills - Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive approach and desire to succeed
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aviation an asset
- Post-secondary education in aviation management or a related field is an asset
