**About the Position**:
We are looking for a leasing administrator to join our property management team. This position offers the opportunity for an individual to work with a team and grow their experience in the real estate industry. We are seeking an energetic and passionate individual.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- marketing available rental properties and answer inquiries
- scheduling viewings of the available properties
- prepare all lease agreements for review to management and secure tenant deposits
- setting up new tenants in Yardi, coordinating key pick up with tenants for move in
- address all tenant inquiries related to move ins, move outs, rental payments, and tenant ledger
- generate monthly rent roll and rental increases
- work closely with the marketing department to update website and media channels, promotional programs and signage

**Job Requirements**:

- minimum 2 years experience in leasing, property management or related field
- Yardi experience is an asset
- Landlord Tenant Board and Residential Tenancy Act knowledge or experience is an asset
- experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
