As a Residential Leasing Agent, you would be expected to respond to rental inquiries before, during and after regular work hours. Rental showings are only permissible between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week, but you would not be expected to perform showings each and every day in the 12 hour window.

You will have a detailed list of specific rental listings to manage while working along side 3 other rental agents to obtain the same goal - All listings rented with mínimal vacancy.

Experience in this field is not necessary. We are looking for energetic, positive individuals who can work well and thrive in a fast paced work environment. You will be given a base salary and $300 per unit rented. Reasonable leased units per agent can be between 100-200 units per year

Currently, we are looking for a new member for our Leasing Team.

As a **Residential Leasing Agent**, you would be responsible for:

- Marketing of rental listings on multiple online platforms.
- Showing rental units to prospective tenants.
- Responding to inquiries about rental units.
- Having an answer to any questions perspective tenants might have.
- Completing a walkthrough of units turning over to look for any work that needs to be completed.
- Having keys cut and ready for pick up on turnover.
- Meeting with colleagues regularly regarding tenant and general issues.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to communicate professionally with prospective tenants, current tenants, and co-workers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Education/work experience in the field of property management is an asset.
