- Conducting showings
- Acting as main point of contact for tenants and landlords.
- Follow up with tenants
- Getting price drop
- Posting units on Facebook
- Conducting photos and virtual tours
- Key drop offs
- Hotbox pickups
- Conducting move in assessment
- Submitting work orders based on the move in assessment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- property management/leasing agent: 1 year (required)

Ability to Relocate:
