We are a Full-Service Real Estate Brokerage dedicated to providing exceptional services to property owners and tenants alike. We specialize in managing residential properties in downtown Vancouver and are committed to professionalism, integrity, and efficiency.

Our office is in Downtown Vancouver and our regular working hours are 10 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday).

We are seeking a dedicated **Property Management Assistant** to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Arrange showings with prospective applicants for residential properties.
- Coordinate property inspections, including move-in and move-out procedures.
- Provide access and supervision for trades hired by the brokerage.
- Update property listings on our company website and Craigslist.
- Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and properly documented.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to landlords and tenants.
- Utilize property management software (Buildium) to maintain data and records such as lease uploads, insurance uploads, and property information updates.
- Maintain organized records both electronically and in physical filing systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Rental Property Management License in BC is an asset.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Friendly, punctual, and a collaborative team player.
- Passionate about Vancouver real estate with integrity.
- Highly efficient and organized with strong time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Bookkeeping or accounting skills are an asset.
- Fluency in English is essential; fluency in Mandarin is an asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
