**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case status, gather additional information or documents as needed, and offer guidance throughout the process.
- Communicate with government bodies, such as IRCC and CBSA, to follow up on case progress, resolve issues, and address any delays.
- Identify potential issues or complications in cases (such as missing documentation or eligibility concerns) and work with clients to resolve them effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of case files, track deadlines, and prepare regular reports on case statuses for management.
- Knowledge of Refugee cases will be an asset.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication to clearly explain complex immigration processes and answer client inquiries.
- Ability to identify challenges in clients' cases and provide solutions to overcome obstacles efficiently.
- Prioritizing tasks and handling multiple immigration cases simultaneously to meet deadlines.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
