**Overview**

As a **Immigration** **Case Officer**, you will work **on-site in our Mississauga office**, managing client files from intake to submission. This is a client-focused role with a pay range of **$18-$20 per hour**, offering you the opportunity to grow your career in immigration services while directly supporting newcomers to Canada.

**Responsibilities**
- Assess client eligibility for PR, work permits, study permits, and other immigration programs.
- Collect, review, and organize client documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and submit files in coordination with RCICs and maintain compliance with IRCC standards.
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and answer questions.
- Maintain case records and track timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

**Skills**
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Proficient in project management techniques to handle multiple cases efficiently.
- Excellent interviewing skills to effectively communicate with applicants.
- Familiarity with iManage for document management is preferred.
- Administrative experience that demonstrates organizational capabilities.
- Exceptional research skills to support case evaluations.
- Strong writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Experience in data entry and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Demonstrated clerical experience that highlights attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience in the Canadian immigration market** (required).
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Knowledge of IRCC portals and immigration procedures is an asset.
