**Job Posting: Immigration Caseworker / Immigration Consultant / RCIC**

**About Us**

We are currently hiring for the following positions:
**1. Immigration Caseworker**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and organize immigration case files with high attention to detail.
- Monitor case progress and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Stay informed about Canadian immigration policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in immigration case management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Gujarati is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

**2. Immigration Consultant**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert consultation to clients on immigration options such as Express Entry, PNPs, and sponsorships.
- Analyze client profiles and recommend tailored immigration strategies.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders, including IRCC and provincial authorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration consulting.
- Strong understanding of Canadian immigration processes and requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Gujarati is a strong advantage.

**3. RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Represent clients professionally and ethically as a licensed RCIC.
- Provide in-depth immigration advice and prepare complex cases.
- Oversee compliance with IRCC regulations and keep abreast of policy changes.
- Manage client relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Active RCIC license in good standing with CICC.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in Canadian immigration pathways and policies.
- Fluency in Gujarati will be a significant advantage.
