We are looking for an Order Entry Specialist, with a dynamic personality who is meticulous and detail

**Duties of the position include but are not limited to**:

- Acknowledgment of customer purchase orders
- Enter customer orders in a timely manner through QuickBooks
- Check the accuracy of information inputted on orders (customer/supplier)
- Provide customer service as first point of contact
- Perform other related duties as required

**Requirements for this position**:

- AEC, DEC or Technical diploma in a relevant discipline
- Relevant experience in a similar position
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to assess situations and provide quick and efficient solutions, while meeting deadlines
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks an asset
- Bilingual in French and English oral and written

- **This is a full-time position with the possibility of a hybrid workplace office/home.**:
