The Order Entry Clerk is a hardworking, bright, trustworthy person with excellent communication and computer skills for administration and general office duties. You will be assisting with the administration and operations of the company..

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter customer orders into the B2B system and maintain up-to-date records.
- Verify order details and ensure all necessary information is collected.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any order discrepancies or issues.
- Process and manage customer returns following established guidelines and policies.
- Coordinate and track product repairs, ensuring timely completion and communication with customers.
- Assist in identifying patterns or trends related to returns and repairs, contributing to process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the process

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude.

**Hours**: Monday-Thursday (9h00-18h00)

Friday (9h00-15h30)

Office is in an industrial area therefore having a car is an asset

**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**
- Previous office experience is preferred, with a focus on administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks including filing and data collection.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
