**Job Summary**

The role will be responsible for helping the sales and finance team view clean, organized and well-defined data points in order to build conclusive reports. The person’s data entry activities will support the global strategy established and help the company reach its sales objectives.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Support finance with data entry and additional administrative tasks
- Ensure data entry meets requirements by adhering to program techniques and procedures
- Prepare data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
- Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing information and identifying issues
- Continuing operations in accordance with policies and procedures; communicating needed changes
- Maintain CRM database by entering new and updating customer and account information

- Pull and manipulate data reports

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge in Excel
- Shows strong organization skills
- Great attention to detail and rigid work method
- Comfortable with repeat work activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
