**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Edmonton and Area
**Job Type**: Full Time
**Responsibilities**:
- Organizing job schedules
- Keeping calendar and active sites up to date
- Submitting permits
- Submitting payroll hours
- Overseeing and organization of safety program
- Invoicing
- Following up with clients
- Assisting in client selections for residential projects
- Assist and organize all daily recordkeeping including general data entry, expenses, and credit card tracking
- Other duties as assigned
**Required Skills**:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Minimum two years’ administrative experience in an office setting preferably within the construction industry
- Experience with Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable would be considered an asset
- Strong computer, recordkeeping, and organizational skills including intermediate MS Word and Excel knowledge required
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys being part of a team
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
