- What you will do
- Review and execution of internal procedure (announcement, Contract Summary, presentations)
- Monthly update of KPI tracker (MSA, direct sourcing, maintenance, purchasing)
- Use of SpendCube to prioritize categories/suppliers, price tracking, should-cost analysis
- Creation of presentations (deck, one-pagers), decision log
- Maintenance of a consolidated timeline (Planner), task tracking, weekly status updates
- Rigorous monitoring of performance indicators with partners, aligned with our procurement and maintenance strategy
- Produce in-depth market analyses to support negotiations
- Monitor the performance of initiatives

This role could be for you if you have
- Previous internship experience in construction project management is an asset
- Strong analytical skills, enabling you to measure performance and formulate actionable recommendations
- Contractual literacy, including the ability to read and draft contracts
- Cross-functional coordination experience, working with various stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables
- Project management capabilities, including timeline tracking, status reporting, and follow-up on key initiatives
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to conduct market analyses and prioritize categories and suppliers effectively
