- Experience in order picking processes and package handling within a warehouse setting.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and stakeholders effectively.
