The Facility Service Contract Supervisor is located in Toronto (GTA), ON and reports directly to the Manager, Client Services & Key Accounts.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Internal and external client reporting and engagement.
- Supervision of client base maintenance agreements.
- Supervision of monthly contract renewals and contract performance reporting.
- Facilitate service agreement amendments and service agreement revisions.
- Occasional participation in RFP and RFI processes.
- Perform monthly gross margin forecasting and reporting.
- Reporting and analysis pertaining to contract SLAs and KPIs for key accounts.
- Investigate and provide solutions to client inquiries.
- Update & maintain client information.
- Facilitation & supervision of client feedback surveys.
- Coordination & supervision of sub-contractors.
- Coordination & supervision of maintenance activities.
- Facilitate client meetings as required.
- Occasional asset management client reporting and analysis.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- University or college degree in business administration an asset.

**WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- 2-3 years relevant experience in a related environment.

**SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of service management systems.
- JDE experience an asset.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of internal and external individuals.
- Proven systematic and organized approach to multi-tasking, strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines and prioritize a heavy workload.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks with minimum supervision.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable as this position often requires multi-tasking.
