We’re looking for a full-time closer to join our business and help double our monthly sales (50k → 100k per month).
We operate a residential home improvement company in the GTA and need someone who’s fully committed and hungry to grow.

The role consists of 3 things:
**Closing**: 80% of the role is closing in-person appointments set by our appointment setter — going into prospects’ homes, presenting them with our products, and closing deals.

**Lead nurture**: Nurturing the appointments with text messages and sales assets to ensure the appointment does not cancel and that they are ready to buy.

**Setting appointments**: Via door-to-door near past projects, asking neighbours if they are interested once they’ve seen our work.

We tend to set appointments from 1 p.m. onwards until 7 p.m., so your workday would start at 1 and end around 8.
Five days a week and some Saturdays.
Closers have 10-20 appointments per week all over the GTA.

The role is flexible, and the schedule is set at the beginning of each week in our sales huddle.
We are looking for someone full-time with sales experience or with an amazing attitude that we can train into a closer.
You must live in, or be willing to move to, the GTA.

Our ideal hire is a young and hungry person with lots of energy who holds themselves well, can communicate clearly, and enjoys client-facing interactions.
Your days may not always be full with appointments, and some weeks will be loaded.
This is not 9-5 — you will get paid if and when you close deals.

Estimated earnings of $5k-$10k per month once you are fully trained, which will take 2-3 months.
We want to grow the team and find someone to train, build, and coach who would be willing to commit to a minimum of a year of working with us to make the training and coaching period worth it to our business.

Both owners, including myself, are in our 20s and looking to absolutely take over our local market and build our business to multiple 7 figures in the next 2-3 years.
