We’re looking for a _seasoned, relationship-driven salesperson_ to join our growing team at **Motif Fine Portraits**.

This role is ideal for someone who has **strong retail or in-person sales experience**, particularly in **luxury goods, art, or service-based industries**. If you know how to guide a conversation with warmth, elevate an experience, and confidently lead clients to a meaningful investment—this might be the perfect fit.

Motif Fine Portraits is a boutique portrait studio creating heirloom artwork for families, couples, and individuals. We pride ourselves on offering an unforgettable client experience—from styling and pampering to final art selection. Our mission is to celebrate people through legacy pieces that live on in their homes.

The Role

We're looking for a confident closer who:

- Has a proven track record in **high-end or retail sales**:

- Is comfortable with **consultative selling, guiding clients to premium options with ease**:

- Understands how to **upsell, frame value, and read buying cues**:

- Thrives in a structured but warm client environment
- Is goal-oriented, collaborative, and client-centered

This isn’t a cold-calling role—clients are excited and already invested in their experience when they arrive. You’ll simply help them finish strong by finding artwork they love.

Compensation & Perks
- **Part-time or full-time available**:

- **Hourly base of $25/hour plus lucrative performance-based commission (Uncapped)**:

- **See warm, qualified clients per day—no cold leads**:

- **Typical shift earnings range from $270-$500+ based on performance**:
